Every Wednesday between September 18 and October 9, twelve Rockstars will take the stage at Revel ABQ to perform with the band. Just three contestants each night will move on to the Finale on October 19 on the big stage at Revel ABQ. Winners will be selected through a mix of audience voting, and selections by the band and the Revel ABQ team. Each Rockstar may only sign up to compete once during the competition period.
Each night kicks off with non-competitive open mic karaoke, when anyone can sign up to sing a song on the list. Sign-ups for open mic karaoke will occur on site at Revel ABQ the night of the show.
Choose a song from Albukaraoque's song list and email [email protected] with your name, song selection, and preferred date (September 18, September 25, October 2, or October 9). Please indicate if there are any dates when you are not available to perform and confirm that you are available to perform at the finale on October 19. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Can I sing a song that isn't on the list?
No - all singers must pick a song from Albukaraoque's song list. However, during the finale, the band will learn up to one new song for each contestant.
Can I sing with other people?
For the Revel Rockstar competition, only individual singers are allowed to compete, but duets or groups are allowed to perform together during open mic karaoke.
Can multiple contestants sing the same song on the same night?
Yes, multiple contestants can perform the same song in one night.
Is there a fee to participate in Revel Rockstar?
Nope!
Is there a charge at the door to watch Revel Rockstar?
Nope, no cover charge!
Can I play an instrument as part of my Revel Rockstar performance?
No, to keep the competition fair, contestants are only allowed to sing.
